Dr. Jasmine Polk PT,DPT,CLT

Dr. Polk graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Alabama State University in 2013. Since that time, Dr. Polk  has gained experience in many areas of physical therapy to include pelvic floor physical therapy, lymphedema, and orthopedics.

 

Dr. Polk has extensive expertise in treating pregnancy, post partum conditions such as diastasis recti, complex pelvic pain diagnoses, as well as bowel and bladder conditions.
