What's new with Dr. Jasmine Polk, PT

I am so excited to be writing my very first blog post that I hope to be the first of many. To begin, I would like to welcome you all to my blog, it will be a place for me to share educational and interesting physical therapy articles that I hope you all will enjoy.


To begin, I would like to express my gratitude to all of my patients over the past 9 years that have shaped not only my core treatment philosophy PEOPLE FIRST, but also honed my evaluation and treatment skills to where they are today. I am so excited to announce a new addition to my job title, business owner!



Savannah Pelvic Health and Wellness is excited to announce we are currently accepting new patients, and would be honored to have the opportunity to assist you with your quest towards an improved quality of life. We are conveniently located in Pooler, GA and are proud to welcome you to a calming and relaxing space that will facilitate our journey towards meeting your goals. We offer convenient evening and weekend appointments as well as telehealth to ensure your busy schedule does not get you off track from your treatment plan.
